Troy was quick to respond to my initial enquiry regarding our bathroom renovation and was out to assess the project the next day and provide helpful feedback on our vision for the space. Once the project was underway, he came around each day to check on the job and make sure everything was progressing well and in good quality. He maintained great communication throughout the renovations and the trades he worked with all did a fantastic job, were reliable and worked to a high-quality standard. It would have been a much harder task for us to organise everything ourselves so it was reassuring to know Troy was behind the scenes following up with everyone and making sure the bathroom was completed within our desired timeframe.
